INDITEX SACABA SUS CAMISETAS DE BLOGGERS // INDITEX WAS EXTRACTING HIS T-SHIRTS OF BLOGGERS

Inditex, importante multinacional compañía de ropa que contiene importantes marcas como Zara o Stradivarius  y Zara, se han visto obligadas a retirar sus camisetas que contenían ilustraciones extraídas de fotos de blogueras como Louise Ebel (Miss Pandora) y Michèle Krüsi (Beware of my heels), sin su autorización, faltando a los derechos de imagen de las implicadas.

Stradivarius según su portavoz, no contiene producción propia, sino que son encargos a empresas ajenas, que son las encargadas del diseño y la fabricación. Dicen que pedirán a estas empresas los certificados que confirmen que tienen los derechos de imagen de las chicas, pero no han dado respuesta alguna y han optado por la retirada de las camisetas.

Krüsi ha declarado

"Si me hubieran preguntado no existiría ningún problema".

Pero Ebel opina lo contrario

"Me he sentido utilizada y desvalorizada".

Otras blogeras como Betty Autier y la misma Ebel también tienen conflicto con Zara, y son muchos los casos de fotografías e ilustraciones que terminan en camisetas para marcas conocidas, que no pagan los derechos de imagen y quizá, el autor original de la imagen nunca llegue a saber de su comercialización.

Zara suele tener problemas por plagios, y errores como una esvástica en un bolso.

Stradivarius as his spokesman, does not contain proper production, but they are orders to foreign companies, which are the managers of the design and the manufacture. They say that they will ask these companies for the certificates that they should confirm that they have the rights of image of the girls, but they have not given any response and have chosen for the retreat of the T-shirts. 

Krüsi has declared 

" If they had asked me no problem would exist ". 

Pero Ebel thinks the opposite 

" I have felt used and devalued ".

Other blogers as Betty Autier and the same Ebel also have conflict with Zara, and there are great the cases of photography and illustrations that end in T-shirts for well-known marks, which do not pay the rights of image and perhaps, the original author of the image never goes so far as to know of his commercialization. 

Zara usually takes problems as plagiarisms, and errors as a swastika in a purse.
