Gwyneth Paltrow, ganadora de un Oscar, ya había cantado en el cine y esta casada con el cantante de Coldplay, pero ha sido con su aparición en Glee que no ha dejado de ser noticia por su gran actuación en la serie.
En el show de Fox cantó tres canciones, entre ellas Forget You de Cee lo Green, quien declaró que le encantó el estilo de la actriz y con la que se ha puesto a trabajar actualmente en un proyecto musical.
Por si fuera poco, acaba de estrenar en EEUU la película Country Strong, donde interpreta a una cantante en sus horas bajas que tiene que lidiar contra una joven que esta comenzando y amenaza con quitarle su puesto.
Ha aparecido recientemente en Saturday Night Live, y además ha hecho un concierto en Las Vegas, para la noche de Fin de Año junto a  Beyoncé, Jay z y su marido Chris Martin, por el cual cobraron 1 millón de dólares por cabeza.
Tanta esta siendo la repercusión del episodio de Glee, que Ryan Murphy ha declarado que estará en dos episodios más de esta temporada, gracias a la buena acogida entre los fans y de la crítica.
