Además de Aniston, Alicia Keys, Demi Moore, Patty Jenkins y otra celebridad todavía sin confirmar, dirigirán sus cortos para el proyecto.
Otros profesionales que participarán en el proyecto tras las cámaras son los productores Paula Wagner (The Last Samurai), Kristin Hahn (madrina de bodas de Aniston con Brad Pitt, y productora en The Switch en la que participó Jennifer y The Departed), Kevin Chinoy y Francesca Silvestri.
Como guionistas participarán Stephen Godshaux (Spin City, Dead Like Me), Jill Gordon (The Wonders Year, 90210), Howard Morris (Splash), Deirdre O'connor y Wendy West (Dexter, The Closer).
