Por otro lado, se han centrado mucho en las grandes favoritas como The Artist y The Descendants, estando todo demasiado concentrado. pero bueno, comencemos el repaso:
MEJOR PELÍCULA
The Artist
The Descendants (Los descendientes)
The Help (Criadas y señoras)
Hugo (La invención de Hugo)

The Tree of Life (El árbol de la vida)
War Horse (Caballo de batallas)
War Horse de Speilberg es la gran sorpresa colándose en casi todo lo importante, y en el caso de la gran candidatura, extraa mucho ver The Tree of Life y Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close. La incursión de Hugo, no hace más que hacer crecer en nosotros el deseo de verla, ya prometía mucho, y tras las críticas y la indiscutible maestría de Scorcese, se avecina un nuevo clásico.
Woody Allen vuelve a agradar a los críticos de su país gracias a Midnight in Paris, su mayor éxito hasta el momento, y una de las mejores del año.
Pensamos que The Artist será la beneficiada, aunque pueden cometer el error de dárselo a The Descendants, pero para nosotros, Drive merece estar al menos como candidata, mucho más que The Tree of Life

Terrence Malick por The Tree of Life
Alexander Payne no merece en absoluto la nominación, de hecho, la dirección es uno de los puntos flacos de la película, salvándose por George Clooney.
Nuestro voto va para Scorsese, auqnue antes queremos ver la película, pero este director siempre sorprende para bien. Echamos en falta a David fincher, y qutaríamos al sobrevalorado Malick.

Brad Pitt en Moneyball.
Optamos por Jean Dujardin, aunque sin duda es Gary Oldman el que se lo merece, ya no solamente por esta película, sino por la intachable carrera que lleva.
Nos falta Dicaprio, al que parecen tener manía en los premios americanos.

Duelo de dos grandes, Glen Cloose y Meryl Streep, nosotros siempre hemos sido de la Streep, pero puede haber sorpresa.

Rango, Puss in Boots y Kung Fu Panda 2? De verás? Tintin es la mejor del año, y nos alegramos mucho por Chico & Rita, pero esta categoría da vergüenza ajena.
